Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of {{COURSE_PRICE_USD}} USD if both of the following conditions are met:

1. Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. 2. You have completed no more than 2 out of 7 modules of the course at the time of your request.

Course progress is tracked automatically within your account. By accessing module materials, you contribute toward your course completion percentage.

Send an email to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with: • The email address associated with your purchase • The date of your purchase • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)

You do not need to provide an extensive explanation. We respect your decision.

We process refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Upon issuing a refund, we will revoke your access to the course materials. Continued use of materials after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

Refunds are not available if: • The request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date • You have completed more than 2 out of 7 modules at the time of your request • You have violated our Terms of Service (for example, sharing course materials with third parties)
